Coaching Gold

"Why do I feel like I have no options in life? I'm really struggling, Means.?

Start with putting statement like that in the past tense: when you say them in a current or future tense, that’s what you create in the now moment.

Interrupt the disempowering thoughts, and replace them with empowering ones.

Trust that everything happens FOR you, not TO you.   Look for the lessons/opportunities in each moment as it unfolds. Look to see how you were the source of it, and choose to source what you want, rather than what you don’t want.

Make a list of what you want to let go of, and then opposite each one, create what you do  want.  Then tear the list in half and burn the “let go of” side, post the do want list somewhere you’ll see it over and over during the day.

Moment by moment, you get to choose who you are being in the world – moment by moment, you get to say what you bring into the current moment; moment by moment, you get to choose what you are going to create for the next moment.

Keep up the good work – just remember that the circumstances we find ourselves in are the results of the actions we took or didn’t take in the past.  So your three points are all basically the same point – schedule yourself to be doing what will be most impactful at that time, and honor that schedule!  Do some of each and every one of the practices, not just all one or another.   Actions produce results and forward momentum, which opens up new opportunities.  Action realizes (brings into reality) those visualizations/opportunities.   Like the circumstances, take more of the same actions; don’t like the actions, stop the actions that produced that, and try a new action; new actions=new results, more actions=more results!

A world of abundance surrounds you, if only you will step up and claim it. Make life happen through you rather than letting it happen to you. It will make all the difference in the world. Have some FUN! When you are fully self expressed and enjoying life, people are attracted to you – and that opens up opportunities.
Ask people what resources they are looking for to reach the next level of success..
Ask someone what they would like to be acknowledged for.
Collect Names & Numbers! Never let an opportunity to get someone’s name and number go by – you never know when they’ll be just the resource you need to reach the next level of success!
Do you have daily practices that help you create what you’re up to every day? Try some of these daily practices, and see what results!
Every week look to see what actions caused the results you produced this week – both the actions and the inactions, and both the desired results and the undesired ones. Then choose which actions to repeat!
Schedule a call every morning with someone to create your day, and get clear on what you intend to accomplish.
Set yourself up for success: map out your day/week/month by writing down what results you intend to produce, and the actions you will take to cause those results.
Smile!! It improves your face value!
Speak your intentions: Communicate with at least one person every day what you intend to accomplish – the power of speaking it aloud to someone else will amaze you!
Take a break! Be sure you include time to re-generate every day; even a ten minute break several times a day can increase your productivity, focus, and overall effectiveness.
Talk to someone new today!!
Tell someone you usually don’t talk to something what you love about your life!
How to create immediate income, by identifying your target market, and the products or services you want to offer:
Create a list of all the things you love to do, then identify who benefits from each item on your list.  Then ask those people/organizations what product or service you could provide that they would write you a check for, today!
Talk to People!!   It’s only through the conversations you have that the world has an opportunity to know what you’re up to, and what you offer.  So be sure you include YOU in every conversation!
Look for how you can help others to be successful; it’ll get all over you!!!
Choose the context of your day every morning – what do you want your day to be like?
Add at least one new person to your circle of resources today!   Look for the Win-Win – what resources can you provide for them and what resources can they provide for you and your community?
Choose who you are today!  What do you want to contribute to the world?
Look for how you can expand your conversations from 1 by 1 to one by ten or 1 by 100 – how can you have a single conversation that will access/impact 100 people?
Talk to five NEW people every day about what you’re up to!!
Never let a name and contact information get away from you!
Help at least one person every day to see what they want out of their life.
USE your circumstances as the foundation to create your future – what’s needed to get there from here?

Manage your conversations!!  Begin with an intended result from the conversation, and always end with scheduling the next step.
Expand your circle – ask yourself what groups of people you’d like to be interacting with – and go join them!
THE FOUR AGREEMENTS

BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD
Speak with integrity, Say only what you mean.
Avoid using the word to speak against yourself
or to gossip about others.  Use the power of your
word in the direction of truth and love.

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY
Nothing others do is because of you.  What
others say and do is a projection of their own
reality, their own dream.  When you are immune
to the opinions and actions of others, you won't
be the victim of needless suffering.

DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS
Find the courage to ask questions and to express
what you really want.  Communicate with others
as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings,
sadness, and drama.  With just this one agreement,
you can completely transform your life.

ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST
Your best is going to change from moment to
moment; it will be different when you are
healthy as opposed to sick.  Under any circumstance,
simply do your best, and you will avoid
self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.
Your personal resources are always far greater than you imagine them to be. Don't ask yourself, "Can I do this?" Ask instead, "How can I do this?"
Plan Your Work and Work Your Plan;  Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now.
What resources are you looking for?  And what resources to do you provide?
ALWAYS ASK FOR REFERRALS!!
Have a Coach!!  For any goal in your life, a coach will support you in reaching your goals, and fulfilling your dreams.
Commit yourself to straight communication – tell it like it is, and deal with the circumstances.  Pretending something doesn’t exist doesn’t make it go away!  And vice versa – just because it sounds good, doesn’t make it so.  In straight communication, everyone gets to win.
Help at least one person every day to see what they want out of their life.
Consider that leadership is actually the willingness to let go of the idea that you're not a leader.
It starts with you.  No matter what "it" is.
There is evidence to support anything: what you look for, you will find.
